How we look after members
Every photo, video and piece of text is screened as it is uploaded, by AI and by human moderators, and unusual activity is picked up before it reaches you. ID verification is free and earns a Blue Tick; if you would rather not share documents, a moderator can verify you on a live video call instead.
If someone tries to move your chat to WhatsApp or another app, you get a warning, because that is a common scam tactic. Our support team is human and works 24/7 by chat, phone and messaging, and we are involved with the Online Dating and Discovery Association on industry safety standards. More on the safety page.
Privacy and discretion
Your real name and email address are never shown publicly. Your profile shows your nearest town or city, never your address. Membership is billed discreetly in AUD, and you can block anyone instantly.
